HAU posts 94% passing rate, grad places 8th

Holy Angel University continues to assert its leadership in engineering education with another excellent performance in the recent government licensing examinations for electrical engineers and master electricians.


Thirty-two (32) out of 34 first-time examinees passed the electrical engineering board exam given early this month, representing a 94.12% HAU passing rate compared to the national passing rate of 67.23%. With the repeat examinees counted, the HAU passing rate is 82.05%.


HAU graduate Arger DL. Bondoc placed 8th in the national Top Ten.


Meanwhile, HAU student Francis Erl C. Ligsay placed 5th in the national board exams for master electricians.
