CICT Hosts Workshop on the Design, Development & Publication of Modular-Based Instructional Materials and Educational Innovations on Grounded Learning

The College of Information & Communications Technology hosted a free 4-day workshop on the Design, Development & Publication of Modular-Based Instructional Materials and Educational Innovations on Grounded Learning last September 29 – October 02, 2010 at Casa Nena, STL Building of Holy Angel University. Dr. Jose Reuben Alagaran (Miriam College) and Prof. Oliver Malabanan (DLSU) shared their expertise with the 44 participants from 15 higher education institutions in the region. The main objective of the project is to initiate collaboration between the academe and the industry for the training of school heads and faculty members on the process of designing, developing and publishing instructional materials that conform to global ICT standards. This will help ensure consistency and quality of course contents.
